AIR Unveils Cargo eVTOL Version

On June 18, AIR VEV Ltd. unveiled a concept drawing (shown) of the AIR ONE Cargo, a logistics-focused version of its AIR ONE personal eVTOL aircraft. The uncrewed AIR ONE Cargo is reported to have a 550-lb (250-kg) payload capacity. The Israel-based eVTOL developer secured multiple orders for a cargo variant of its personal eVTOL aircraft in the past year, according to a company press release, of which it has already fulfilled one and aims to fulfill the remainder by the first half of 2025. The purchase orders have reportedly boosted the company’s revenue projections for this year and next. “We expanded our offerings in response to strong market demand,” said AIR co-founder and CEO Rani Plaut in a statement.
