DSIP Announces Pioneering Patent Opportunity: Lift+Cruise eVTOL Air Taxi And Drone Patents For Sale

MASON, OH–April 21, 2025–DSIP Holding Company LLC which owns a diverse aerospace patent portfolio, announced today it is holding a public sale of United States Patent No. 10,526,083, relating to pioneering “Lift+Cruise” vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aerospace technology. The patent will give the owner broad-ranging exclusive rights in the development, offers for sale, and sale of entire families of aircraft, whether for the air taxi, air cargo or UAV markets, or for other aerial missions in the USA, as well as in foreign markets where such vehicles are assembled outside of the USA, but contain substantial components provided by suppliers from the USA.

The pioneering Lift+Cruise technology of the patent could be especially useful in the fast-growing drone and unmanned aerial vehicle space, as well as in the air taxi business that features companies like Archer Aerospace, Wisk, Beta Technology, and Eve Mobility, among others.

The pioneering Lift+Cruise VTOL technology can be used with or without a pilot and features a flying vehicle that has four or more “lift” propellers mounted on supports extending from wings, and an optional one or more forward-thrust propellers to move the vehicle forward. Pivoting propellers are also disclosed.

The U.S. Air Force (AFWERX/Agility Prime), U.S. Army (UAS/FTUAS), and other government entities, have awarded or are expected to award future contracts to companies to develop Lift+Cruise aircraft and sales in the air taxi market are expected to surge in the coming years.

5. The possibility of collecting patent damages against infringing UAV sales and uses, including potential royalties on air taxi and other services using infringing VTOL aircraft.
