eVTOL for Sustainable Aviation

Several eVTOL companies have joined the new International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Global Coalition for Sustainable Aviation. Joby Aviation declared that on June 8 that it was the first eVTOL company to join, while other VFS members, such as Airbus, Archer, Pipistrel and HyPoint had also joined by press time. Notably, Joby stated that “Advances in electric and hydrogen flight technology have laid the groundwork for us to achieve truly emissions-free flight and we look forward to helping make that a reality.”
