The information provided here is as accurate as possible; however, eVTOL information from China is sometimes sparse, incomplete or conflicting. China is promoting what they call the "low-altitude economy" — a new push for general aviation — which includes both crewed and uncrewed passenger and air cargo eVTOL aircraft.
While it is unknown when the Guangdong Pengcheng Wanli Aviation Technology company was founded, it is based in China. The company is in the business of making passenger and air cargo electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for advanced air mobility (AAM) or in China, it is called the low-altitude economy.
PC-120 passenger or air cargo eVTOL prototype aircraft
The PC-120 is a passenger or air cargo eVTOL prototype aircraft. For the passenger configuration, the aircraft is flown by one pilot, holds three passengers and their luggage. The air cargo configuration is flown by one pilot and has the seats removed to hold the cargo. As of May 2025, no information has been provided by the company if their are plans to pilot the aircraft remotely or by AI (artificial intelligence).
The aircraft has one high main wing with four booms attached underneath the wing, at the end of each boom is one VTOL-only propeller. There are eight VTOL-only propellers and one pusher propeller for forward flight. The aircraft has nine electric motors for the propellers and uses battery packs to power the entire aircraft. In the rear of the aircraft is a V-tail and has fixed skid landing gear. The fuselage is made from carbon fiber composite to give the aircraft a high strength to low weight ratio.
The aircraft has a cruise speed of 200 km/h (124 mph), has a maximum cruise speed of 300 km/h (186 mph) and has a range of 120 km (75 miles). The aircraft has a cruise altitude of 1,500 m (4,920 ft) and has a maximum altitude of 3,000 m (9,840 ft). The company has stated the maximum altitude for takeoff and landings is 1,000 m (3,280 ft). The maximum payload weight of the aircraft is 400 kg (880 lb).
The company notes the aircraft has been designed for urban and regional passenger transportation, aerial tourism, emergency medical service (EMS) and air cargo transportation.

- Windows: Panoramic wrap around windows allowing forward, left and right visibility for spectacular views with a solid roof above the passenger compartment
- Wings: 1 main high wing
- Tail: 1 V tail
- Landing gear: Fixed skid landing gear
- Safety features: Distributed Electric Propulsion (DEP) uses multiple propellers or electric ducted fans, each powered by electric motors, to increase safety through redundancy. If one or more components fail, the remaining ones can still ensure a safe landing. There are also redundancies of critical components in the sub-systems of the aircraft providing safety through redundancy. Having multiple redundant systems on any aircraft decreases having any single point of failure. The aircraft has no moving surfaces or tilting parts when transitioning from vertical to forward flight and the reverse which increases safety by reducing complexity.
