The Hi-Lite Lynx-us was designed to fit the U.S. military's Future Vertical Lift needs, as its "Integrated Power Package" can be applied to all different models of the Lynx-us platform. The Lynx-us can be scaled up or down, depending on if the needs are civilian, emergency, or military. In 2018, Hi-Lite submitted patents for the Leading Edge Articulating Propulsion (LEAP) and the Propulsor Thrust Ring (PTR).
